Pathways to Parenthood: Support for LGBTQ+ Families and Single Parents
Every path to parenthood deserves to be met with safety, respect, and care that truly honors who you are. Whatever your family looks like — or is becoming — you belong here.

LGBTQ+ Family Support
As a queer-affirming therapist, I am deeply committed to creating a space where LGBTQ+ individuals and families feel genuinely seen, valued, and supported on their path to parenthood. You should never have to explain or justify your identity, your family structure, or your choices in order to receive good care.
LGBTQ+ individuals and families often face unique challenges that can add real weight to an already complex journey. Navigating medical systems that may be uninformed or biased, managing legal and logistical hurdles around donor conception or parental rights, and maintaining mental health while trying to build a family in a world that isn't always welcoming. That is a lot to carry, and you deserve support that acknowledges all of it.
Therapy here offers a genuinely safe, affirming space to process what this journey is bringing up — the hope, the stress, the grief, the joy, and everything in between — while building the inner stability and tools to support you through each step.
Single Parent Support
Single parents, whether by choice or by circumstance, walk a path full of both strength and complexity. You may feel immense pride and clarity in your decision alongside moments of overwhelm, worry, or grief for the road you imagined this would be. Both can be true at the same time, and both deserve space.
Here, your story is honored without judgment. Therapy offers a place to process fears, celebrate your choices, address stress and identity-related concerns, and build a foundation of support that is yours — steady and sustainable, no matter what's ahead.
