Reproductive Technologies Support
Support Through Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART)
For many individuals and couples, assisted reproductive technologies become an essential and hopeful part of the path to parenthood. Treatments like IVF, donor conception, surrogacy, and egg or embryo freezing offer remarkable possibilities and they can also be emotionally, physically, and financially complex in ways that are hard to prepare for.
Whether you're preparing for treatment, currently moving through cycles, or processing the emotional toll of past attempts, I'm here to support you wherever you are.

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
IVF can be genuinely amazing – and genuinely hard. Hormonal treatments, frequent monitoring appointments, financial strain, and the high stakes of each cycle can create significant stress. It's common to feel anxious, disappointed, or afraid to let yourself hope again. That emotional experience is real and valid, and it deserves support alongside the medical care you're receiving.
In our work together, I offer a warm, grounded space to process what each step is bringing up, manage uncertainty, and stay as steady as possible through the process. Anxiety, depression, and the other mental health challenges that can arise or worsen during IVF are treatable and building your toolkit to manage them means you can focus more of your energy on what matters most.
Donor Eggs, Embryos + Sperm
Choosing to build your family through donor eggs, sperm, or embryos can be both empowering and emotionally layered. Many people navigate grief around genetics, questions about identity and connection, uncertainty about disclosure, or complicated feelings about how others might respond.
There is no single right way to feel about this path. Therapy offers a nonjudgmental space to explore all of it — honoring both the loss and the possibility — so you can move forward feeling clear, confident, and at peace with your decisions.

Egg + Embryo Freezing
Egg or embryo freezing offers an empowering way to preserve reproductive options for the future — whether for medical reasons, personal timing, or a life transition. It's a decision that can bring real peace of mind, and one that can also stir up complicated emotions: thoughts about aging, fertility timelines, partnership, health, and what the future holds.
Therapeutic support during this process helps you make sense of what's coming up, reduce stress, and feel more grounded in your choices.
Surrogacy
Surrogacy offers a profound and hopeful path to parenthood and it can also be one of the most emotionally complex. Intended parents often navigate grief around the physical experience of pregnancy, the vulnerability of relying on someone else to carry their child, and the relational and financial realities of the process.
In our sessions, we work through the grief, the trust, the hope, and the complicated feelings that can arise along the way. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and emotionally resourced as you make your way toward your baby.
How We Work Together
More than a medical process

Assisted reproductive technologies are emotional journeys as much as medical ones. Having informed, compassionate therapeutic support alongside your medical team can make a meaningful difference. I help you process the emotional impact of each step so you can move through your journey with greater clarity, steadiness, and care.
