Therapy
Welcome to the start of your journey!
My Approach
Matrescence is the physical, psychological and emotional changes you go through after the birth of your child–it is a time like no other, and one that requires special knowledge and care. I am here to support you through this transformative, amazing, and challenging time.

Who I Work With
I have worked with diverse adult populations of all ages to include those with chronic physical illness and pain, mood disorders, anxiety, and panic/ phobias. In addition, I have experience with the LGBTQI+ community. I very much enjoy helping clients through life transitions and complex family dynamics. After becoming a mother, the transition I feel most passionate about is the pregnancy and postpartum period, which has become a special focus of my work and education.

How I Work
I am a therapist who utilizes an integrative approach to psychotherapy that includes cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and human-centered techniques. I am an active clinician and view my clients as my collaborators. I hope to have meaningful conversations that hold space for clients' feelings while helping them move closer to their goals.
I believe that the foundation of successful therapy is a strong relationship between the therapist and client. I strive to cultivate a supportive, nonjudgmental environment unique to each client and their differing needs. I believe that each client is the expert of their own experience and I work collaboratively to create goals and treatment plans.
