I work to help you find empowerment and confidence in who you are and how your brain functions. In the comfort of a warm and nonjudgemental relationship, I utilize an integrative approach to help you create lasting change.

 

I use techniques centered in Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, humanistic therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and more.
