Therapy session discussion

FAQs

Everything you need to know

  • I’m ready to begin, what happens now?
Wonderful! -Please submit an inquiry form to get started. -Once I receive your inquiry, we can schedule a free 15 minute call to see if we’d be a good fit and answer any questions you might have. -After that, we will schedule your 60-minute intake session (this is longer so I can get to know you, your history, and what you’d like to work on). -After that, we will begin 45-minute follow ups. Therapy typically begins weekly, then transitions to biweekly (or as needed) based on your need for support.
