-Please submit an inquiry form to get started. 
-Once I receive your inquiry, we can schedule a free 15 minute call to see if we’d be a good fit and answer any questions you might have. 
-After that, we will schedule your 60-minute intake session (this is longer so I can get to know you, your history, and what you’d like to work on). 
-After that, we will begin 45-minute follow ups. Therapy typically begins weekly, then transitions to biweekly (or as needed) based on your need for support.

Do you accept insurance?

Guided Growth does not currently accept insurance and operates as an out-of-network provider. We recommend that clients consult with their insurance company regarding out-of-network benefits. A monthly superbill will be provided for potential reimbursement submission to your insurance company.

I work with adults of all ages. I am especially interested in early adulthood, the perinatal period, and the retirement period, though I enjoy working with clients in all stages and phases.
